paint-splattered-tears: i've been following you for awhile and recently you've really inspired me to get healthy, i'm extremely overweight and i've tried to get "skinny" forever. but you've shown me i need to aim on being healthy. i went for a long bike ride today for the first time in awhile and came home and chugged a glass of water. i haven't felt this good in months. so thank you.

I normally have a cheat day, like every sunday I’ll have something fatty or sweet. If you try and completely cut out bad things you will end up giving in and pigging out so treating yourself occasionally helps. Also if you get really bad cravings instead of having something bad for you have a protein brownie, which has a sugary taste but is really low in calories depending what brand you buy:) xo
